Our Fitness Jumpstart is a 21-day, at-home program aimed at getting you into the habit of an exercise routine and developing basic strength and conditioning. The program consists of 9 bodyweight workouts you can do in the comfort of your own home and at the convenience of your schedule. Each workout is 25 minutes or less, includes a warm-up and cool down, and a mix of strength and conditioning work to get you the fastest results in the shortest amount of time! The workouts are all beginner-friendly and include options for modifications.
